This application allows authorized users to download gift data from Advance and merge with customized tax receipt letters.

Overview

University Advancement serves as the official tax-receiptor for all gifts to the University.

Gifts from Individuals

• The Cal Poly Fund Office generates tax receipts for all gifts from individuals (any amount).

Gifts from Corporations and Foundation

• The Corporate and Foundation Relations Office generates tax receipts for all gifts greater than or equal to $250 from corporations and foundations.

Receipts are not to be generated by the colleges or units.

Security

For those users needing access to this application, you may request access by contacting Jonelle Thomson, Security Chair at jthomson@calpoly.edu or 6/5860. Please note that you will not receive security access until you have completed a training session and signed our Security and Confidentiality Policy agreement.
